In Preparation for the summit…reflecting on my leadership experience …I found it a chance to look deep inside me and remember many memories at community service activities, at home ,at work and with my friends to capture special occasions that demonstrated leadership qualities.
Thinking of each occasions ...analyzing my behavior and looking in positive and negative attributes…I think it’s a chance for self evaluation and improvement.
I love mosaic art since I was child, Mosaic is the art of creating images with an assemblage of small different pieces of colored glass, stone, or other materials. It may be a technique of decorative art, an aspect of interior decoration, or of cultural and spiritual significance as in mosques or cathedral.
When I applied to attend Mosaic International Summit 2010, I was wondering about the summit name and the relation between mosaic art and mosaic summit, so that I think all Mosaic International Summit delegates are like mosaic art pieces they are from different countries and cultures and when they gather they will make gorgeous Portrait (inshallah)J
